Qinvox provides IT services, AI solutions, UX/UI design, website design and development, WordPress development, resource mapping, dedicated resource support, managed teams, branding, digital design, maintenance, and related consulting services.
3. Quotations & Project Scope
All quotations are based on the information available at the time of proposal. Final pricing, timeline, deliverables, and responsibilities are confirmed through an approved proposal, invoice, purchase order, or written agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, content, approvals, brand assets, credentials, third-party access, and any legal permissions required for the project.
5. Payment Terms
Payment milestones, retainers, subscription fees, hourly rates, taxes, and refund terms are defined in the applicable proposal or invoice. Work may be paused if payments are delayed beyond agreed terms.
6. Revisions & Change Requests
Included revisions are defined in the project proposal. Any request outside the agreed scope, additional pages, features, integrations, design directions, or urgent work may require a separate quotation and timeline adjustment.
7. Intellectual Property
After full payment, final approved deliverables created specifically for the client are transferred according to the project agreement. Qinvox may retain rights to reusable frameworks, methods, libraries, templates, pre-existing assets, and internal know-how unless otherwise agreed.
8. Third-Party Tools & Licenses
Projects may use third-party plugins, hosting, APIs, fonts, stock assets, SaaS products, AI tools, or payment gateways. Clients are responsible for third-party license costs, renewals, terms, and account ownership unless the agreement states otherwise.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential business, technical, financial, credential, project, and customer information shared during the engagement. Confidentiality obligations continue after project completion.
10. Resource Mapping & Dedicated Teams
For staffing, resource mapping, contract hiring, and dedicated team engagements, candidate availability, rates, replacement conditions, NTD/NDA requirements, non-solicitation terms, and working hours are confirmed in a separate agreement.
11. Website Content & Compliance
Clients are responsible for the accuracy, ownership, legality, and compliance of content, product claims, images, videos, policies, and materials provided for publication.
12. Maintenance & Support
Maintenance, monitoring, backup, security updates, bug fixes, content updates, and support are provided only when included in the project scope or under a separate maintenance plan.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qinvox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from website use, service delays, third-party tools, hosting issues, or client-provided materials.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement according to the applicable proposal or agreement. Completed work, committed costs, outstanding invoices, third-party expenses, and handover conditions remain payable as agreed.
15. Governing Agreement
Where a signed contract, proposal, SOW, invoice, NDA, or NTD conflicts with these website Terms, the signed or project-specific agreement will apply to that engagement.
